How to give administrator privileges to a Domain user over an exact app

hi?

I work as a desktop support in a printing house, as we have just installed windows sever 2008 on a new G5 HP Servers running a domain which i have many application on more than one client needs to run with administrator privileges but to only this apps only no more no less.

So how can i do that?

Admin rights

You can use the 'Run as' feature when you right click a user and specify a user with admin rights to run that application.

something more permanent

i know that and i did it many times but if i m not around and these apps needs to run by it's user so i need to give him a permanent access to it without "run as" everytime

you can give full (or better modify) rights on the program folder and they can run the programs.
Sometimes the specific registry keys will also need permissions.
