I have an application that requires shutting off (i.e., giving a busy signal) for a home land line phone, and then releasing that line (i.e., hanging up) after an arbitrary period of time. Are there any modem commands or other means of effecting this through a PC? Also let me know what would be the windows tools that would be quickest and easiest to develop a test version of this capability
