how to use powershell in exchange server 2007

hi,
i am useing MS Exchange server 2007 i cant use exchange powershell when ever i open and i type command it give the error

I do apologise for shouting but if you need my help I need to know how you installed PowerShell, whether you have the Exchange snap-in and what the error message says and what you are trying to do when it says it.

Otherwise, I will continue to shout at you until I get fed up and then I will go away.
