I just bought a hewlett packard and it came with a dvd/cd/cdrw drive. It had Win 98se installed. I upgraded to Win 2000 and cannot find the proper drivers for the burner. Any suggestions? I have called HP and they are NO help whatsoever. I alsocontacted the vendor where I purchased the computer and they did not know where to get the proper drivers for this device. They also called HP too. No luck! Please Help!
