We have an 8100 that was convered to be a Mopier via addition of the Digital Copy 320 hardware. We have the Ditital Sender Module (Software version 2.3.14)installed on the server, and it reports the Firmware version at PE6.31.
We can email from the 320 with no problem, but when we send a FAX no file is generated and the Address Book Manager’s Administrator Log reports “Error Document sent to the HP Digital Sender Service. Recipient(s): ALADDIN IT MAIN FAX Number: 702-785-5280 # of receipt: 1.# of pages: 0. Result: Failed. Image processing error. Code: 1195. 08:41:35 Monday, May 26, 2003 003/13”
