HP DL-380 G5 server heating

Why my HP DL-380 server's Power getting warm when is Down.
I have a HP server ( DL_380 G5)that a few days before buy it. when its off for hours and just power cable attach to it , be warm and make a lot of heat . Is it usual or its power supply have problems?

The power supplies still need to provide power to the motherboard (Wake on LAN, power "switch", Power on at time etc), so they are constantly running whether the machine is turned on or off.
