I have an old printer in my office (HP820Cse Deskjet) that keeps giving us the same error each time the print command is used. The error mssg is: HPFTBX09. The printer will still print correctly, but I would like to fix the problem. Can this be done without the printer software? If so, How? If not, how can I get the software?
