If you could help me with the configuration of my HSP56 Micromodem onto Windows XP prof I would be greatly appreciated.
1) I have downloaded the upgrade driver for my modem to run on XP but I still have trouble configuring. Can you help?
2) I ran Windows 98se prior to installing XP & my modem was working fine. It had a listing “HSP56 Generic Micromodem” registered under modems in the Device Manager Now under the Device Manager it reads “unknown modem” . Do you know why?
3) If there is no modem listings at all under the “Device Manager” function does that mean I have accidently uninstalled all modems listed?
