hello. am trying to un-install desktop xprofessional, but when i go to add & remove programs and click on the uninstall option a message “could not open install.log file” comes up. is there a program that can access and totally remove this program from my laptop. Toshiba Satellite, 32 bit XP Professional SP3. My skill level with computers is very novice. i hope my question is not stupid. thank you for your time. t
