I can Ping thru Hub but Can’t ping thru switch

I installed and configured SBS 2003 As DHCP server & DC ,but i can’t connect and ping to other computers n same network thru switch.
Same time i can connect & PING thru Hub,pls help me,and how can i use SBS 2003 as Proxy server???
