I have a Dell Inspiron mini with XP pre-installed. It’s a bit sluggish, so I thought I’d try to speed it up by seeing if I could change my reservable bandwidth % to 0, but when I attempted to run GPedit.msc it wouldn’t bring up my local computer policy. Has that been removed from netbooks or what?
