I am running winxp pro sp3. I have installed a test server using apache2.2 running php as mod, and also running mysql 5. I believe this all may have something to do with my issues.
I keep getting master browser error 8003, TCPIP 4199, and Dhcp 1002

How can I get rid of all of this? I have had the test server up for 1 week, and started having these problems 3 or 4 days ago.
Any ideas? I am not running any sophisticated software or hardware. Just a simple laptop with plenty ram, speed, and space.
