I need help from the pros

By noortm ·

All the mighty tech giants. My work requires sending out emails 100's everyday.

I have a database or some system that has all the names, email addresses and there ID numbers.

Every time I have to send the same email to all of these guys, everytime I have ti individually type or copy paste the ID number, email address and the Names.

I am sure there is a way that I can hit send once and the email will automatically pick up the details from the database and place them in the relevant areas of the page without me having to do it manually.

If some one can help please.

This would be better off in the Q & A section as you will get an autogenerated e-mail sent to you as soon as some one replys.

Secondly we will need far more infomation here like which E-Mail Client/D-Base program are you using? It could be a Microsoft product of one for Unix, Linux, Free BSD or any other platform that is presently being used.

It looks like spam, it quacks like spam

Regardless of how noble the goals of your employer and how ethical you are in the performance of your duties, what you're doing is technically indistinguishable from spam.

I know people who send out club newsletters to their own members -- people who ask for this e-mail and pay money to belong to the organization that sends it. And some of the ISPs block it.
