I think I broke my phone

I have an iPhone 10 and I plugged it into a telephone hand set and my phone started spazing out. My phone keeps on restarting, I think the handset downloaded some virus or update. Any idea on how to fix my phone?

Now we know it’s an iPhone, a possible answer is to visit an Apple approved service center to have it fixed.
