IBM Win2k Server Keeps Rebooting when copying files

Hi I have an IBM Xseries Server running Win 2k Adv server that reboots any time you try and copy a file from it from a workstation. I have installed the latest symantec antivirus to no avail. Anyone with a solution. Thanks
