I have a user who has Adobe Acrobat 3.01 and Reader 5.05 installed on the system (corporate standards – can not upgrade/downgrade). When she tries to open a *.pdf file from within the system everything works fine. But when she tries to open a file from IE nothing shows up. For some reason it doesn’t seem to identify the association with the extension if in IE. I’ve checked the Windows setting (OS: w2k) and everything seems correct. Any clues?
