IE4 Error

Does anyone have any Ideas! When opening IE4 for any reason,then close out of it. the screen shuts down but it still comes back with. Iexplore caused a invalid page fault in module . Also IE4 will not launch when there is a link in my mail for a internet site. I reinstalled IE4 and did a Regclean. Same problems Also IE5 is rejected on the company’s image
