Need more detail.
This error message is common to a bad application install or a memmory/HDD problem.

If you made a reinstall over the old instalations in many situations this don't correct the problems. Perform a fresh install (if you suppose that don't exist a hardware problem).

You'll need to re-create the error, then click the DETAILS button. This will display the exact error message, which can then be looked up on Microsoft's support site - http://support.microsoft.com/

When a GPF occurs, it's caused when a program tries to access a portion of memory that has been reserved.
What program were you running when the gpf occurred? You can try removing and reinstalling that particular program....Peace...
Hope this helped...

The problem occurs when trying to open a program, either ixplore, MS word or outlook express, then it will shut down everything. I tried rebuilding the PC but could not help.
