Images In E-mails replaced by CID statement
Outlook 2007 SP1, Vista Sp1
I send out regular e-mails which will incorporate a scren capture or two. My inhouse colleagues can view them without issue, however when I send them to users in my sister company. the image is stripped and instead
they get
[cid:image004.jpg@01C9D4**.F043A040]
Recipient setup - Linux server with Thunderbird or outlook 2007.
encoding on recipient side is
[cid:image004.jpg@01C9D4**.F043A040]
<mailto:%5Bcid:image004.jpg@01C9D4**.F043A040%5D>
But at end of e-mail they get (have clipped the end as its a lot more of the same!
