Home folders

You will need to create a folder called Users and then share it. Make sure Share permissions are set to Full control. Then create sub folders one per user. Set permissions so that only Administrators and Users have full control over their folders. You can also enable Quoting on the drive where their folder is to restrict disk usage.
Then in AD Users and Computers, in the properties of each user, on the Profiles tab you can specify the location of their home folder e.g. \\myserver\users\username and specify the drive letter when they log in.
BTW, this does not work as easily in Workgroups (a domain is best), as you will need to configure users on the server in Computer Management ocnsole. Users will have to map the drive them selves (unless you use a login script).
