I’m trying to install a printer at a remoter site without going to the site.
After logging on as a domain admin I surfer to the machine and ran the “add a printer” without problem till I got the final step where the drivers are installed. I got an error message stating that I wasn’t allowed to install a printer.
Is there something I’m doing wrong or perhaps another way to do this ?
