Using Windows Me and a Compaq Ipac pda requires using Outlook 2000. For some reason the ability to synch was lost and so Outlook was reinstalled. Now the user receives an error message whenever they attempt to open Outlook on the desktop. Dialogue box says install was not complete, an OLE Registry file is missing and to reinstall again. Reinstalling does not alleviate the problem. Any ideas?
