I am having problems installing my scanner, it says it is being installed but at the end of it it has not, it says that a Windows program called MVRT20.dll is preventing it from being completed. I can go to find files and find this file, but I can’t do anything with it. Can someon please tell me, what this is and how I can get rid of it so I can get my scanner installed. The scanner will work, up to the point of the end of the aaarm up and that is it, it stops and won’t go any further. I would appreciate it if someone could help me. Someone said I need a new scanner, but if this is a program that is in the way, it will just do the same thing to the new one, right
