Everytime I try to upgrade my present windowsmedia player to 7.1, the response received after download is “an internal application error has occurred”. Also microsoft don’t always send my mails, I get terminated in the middle and a message asking meto send a report.
My computer – AMD-K6(tm)3D processor. My modem went haywire also it was an Intel V.90
