      that you received when you signed up. Phone your ISP’s help desk as I’m sure that they will sort it out.

      Written down on a small yellow sticky note. I think it fell off your desk when you moved your keyboard to clean the crumbs out. So it’s either going to be under your desk, or stuck to your shoe.

      Alternatively, contact your ISP.
