Would anyone recommend a Prog or a tweaking method to speeding up my Internet Connection, and speeding up my downloading speed? This is what I have: Win98, 64Mb RAM, Celeron 700MHz (slow I know…8P) 68Kbps Cable Modem (Motorola SurfBoard.) Is there a way to speed up the DL rate without using a Prog? As well as my PC’s speed?
