The problem is everytime internet is accessed via cable modem and aol, computer will eventually freeze and return with a blue screen error message. And it does not reference any error message code and the only way to unfreeze is to manually shut down. (CTRL+ALT+DEL won’t even work)
Is there some type of conflict?
PC is running WIN ME, P3, 128MB RAM. Has AOL 8.0, no new software installed, cable modem.
This only happens when online not any other application.
