hi i am concerned with my internet speed and i need serious help. i am with big pond 12000 mb at 1500 kbps. my old connection at old house was the same and i used to download off net at 100 – 110 kb/s. now i get 21-26 kb/s. i not that smart in pcs but no quiet a bit. plz help
