INVALID FILE DESCRIPTOR ERROR

I am running SAGE LINE 500 Application. When I try to run the G/L Distribution Analysis Post option I get the following error message "Invalid file descriptor (3229040)1" my database is running on SQL Server 2005.

Can anyone help me solve this problem urgently,very crucial.

Make sure you downloaded updates..

Have you done any updates, it might fix your issue. Other than that a re-install of Sage might fix the error.

Thanks a lot but the problem was solved without the need for updates or reinstallation.

The thing is I am in Zimbabwe and as well documented our transactions were now covering quadrillion dollars so the system was having problems with the large amounts.

I solved it by dividing the figures in the appropriate table by 10 then did my posting and reports then multiplied the same figures by 10 when iwas through.
