ip address conflict ; windows trust issues over VPN

By dr_s ·
The Site A active directory forests currently sit within an IP network that has the same address range as the Site B. This has led to issues around the creation of trusts between the site B and the Site A domains. In order to provide access to a Intranet, appropriate trusts will need to be in place from the domains in Site A.

Direct solution would be - It is currently proposed that the Site A network be re-addressed with a new IP address range that does not conflict with the site B.

Is there any other work around for this?

What I need to known is if we connect Site A and other IP Conflict users to Internet (not to WAN) do they have to sort the conflict issue or they can live with it?
