Hello community, posting first time here with a technical issue question
Sometimes when I’m using the Mozilla browser, the top of the browser page – including the page address area starts getting ‘fuzzy’ . I did capture this bug using the OBS software – not sure if I’m allowed to attach a picture or a video link on this forum. This happens when I hover the mouse over that area. Can someone let me know if this is a graphic card issue, or rather a browser issue ? My desktop is a HP Intel Core i3 running Windows 10 with Intel HD graphics 4400
