Question

Is this a problem with my Graphic card ?

Hello community, posting first time here with a technical issue question

Sometimes when I'm using the Mozilla browser, the top of the browser page - including the page address area starts getting 'fuzzy' . I did capture this bug using the OBS software - not sure if I'm allowed to attach a picture or a video link on this forum. This happens when I hover the mouse over that area. Can someone let me know if this is a graphic card issue, or rather a browser issue ? My desktop is a HP Intel Core i3 running Windows 10 with Intel HD graphics 4400

2) When something is going wrong with the graphics card, you may notice this via bizarre visuals onscreen.
3) Loud Fan Sounds.
4) Driver Crashes.
5) Black Screens.

Make Sure It's Properly Seated.
