ISA error on Win Vista Machines

I get this error (I have turned on and off the proxy server

Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed

Technical Information (for Support personnel)
? Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests. (12204)

) when I try to connect to an SSL address on all Vista Machines on our organisation but I coonect just well on all the Win XP Machines. I have turned Windows defender off and disabled UAC. What can be the cause of this?
