The company that I work for has got Windows Small Business 2003 R2 Premium Edition with ISA server installed. Currently we have users that are abusing the Internet, how can a person set ISA from blocking the users from going to different sites? Can a person use ISA to block users from downloading content from the internet, like music and videos? Can a person set up limits in ISA that allows the users a certain amount of data transfer per month?
