I have a Compaq Presario 5000. My keyboard froze up on me the other day. A friend got it to work but only without the mouse plugged in. As soon as the mouse is plugged back in the board freezes up as well as the mouse.
It’s not the mouse itself because I have tried three different ones. Would anyone have a clue as to what can be going on?
