I have a Dell Laptop with a Sierra Wireless Aircard 860 and Cingular Wireless Unlimited Laptop Connect Plan. We travel a lot in our Recreational Vehicle. I love the anytime/anywhere that the laptop with the wireles card gives. I am thinking of getting a desktop for at home (the laptop is nice, but desktops are better when in one place), but don’t know if I can get a desktop that will use the same wireless card. Is there such a thing or is there a piece of hardware that will use it and connect my desktop (not using the laptop as a server, I guess that is what it would be). If I have to get a separate wireless card, I would have to have a second subscription to Cingular, I guess. Don’t want to got that route. Thanks for the help. I don’t know much about this wireless stuff.
