Laser Jet 2100 needs Button pressing eac

Please help to find how to force printer automatically print.
When I send any document to network HP LaserJet 2100 (MS Win NT 4.0 server, TCP/IP), each time I have to go to the printer and press the only Button to start printing (the green indicator is blinking). Banner is disabled. Which else setup parameters are responsible for this?

There are three indicator lights on this model printer. I assume you meant the ‘Go’ light is blinking (the one beside the big ‘Go’ button). In that case, check the paper tray settings in the printer driver; you’re probably set for ‘Manual Feed’ which causes the printer to wait for you to press the ‘Go’ button before it starts printing.
