We recently purchased Aruba Wirless solution(linux based) for our office and could not get it Join to the domain (Server 2003 sp2) for 2 days before we reduced the LDAP authentication to PAP level. Im not sure as to why it was not working with the other option of MSCHAPv2. Could this be something i should be bothered about as far as the security of our domain in concerned since i PAP sends the password in clear text. Could this be a compatibility issue with ldap server.
Please throw some light ..
