Where could one find info, specs, owner manuals, etc.. for a NEC Ready 9616 System? NEC site is not much help. I know this system is almost 8 years old but, some of us cannot afford new computers and this one was serves me well! Thanks for any info!

Here's what I'd do; By running a search on Yahoo using the search term NEC Ready 9616 I found a bunch of leasing companies...Contact a few of them and see if they have any documentation for that model hanging around.

Good Luck.

All of the legacy for NEC is handled by alorica;
http://www.priorityonesupport.com/
you can usually find whatever you need there, I've had good luck w/ the site before for other legacy stuff as NEC say's they have everything needed for that model.

Again, Good Luck. BTW...What is it your actually trying to accomplish?

Thak you for taking time to help me! Actually I had already found the site you suggested but your effort deserves rewarding! The Priority One site has been of some help on hardware issues but, I really need to know if I can change Core/IO voltagesso I can upgrade to P200mmx chip! Can't seem to find compatability info for the Ready9616! Thanks again! Old Blau

Try Packard Bell. NEC own Packard Bell and they have a very good support site (NEC that is!)
