Legal Disclaimer

I have a small business with five computers.

I wish to put a legal disclaimer on the bottom of each email sent.

I do not use Exchange Server nor do I want to.

What is the best practice for putting a disclaimer on the bottom of each email?

Use a signature?

Yes Signatures work a treat

Though here you would need to setup the same Signature on each computer but with only 5 involved it's not that hard or time consuming.

I tend to make a Signature in a Word File and then just link it to Outlook.
