We have an application developed in-house. It sends frequent mails to all the users from a dedicated e-mail id which is not there in Active directory and is not used for any other purpose. There is no mailbox for that id and it cannot receive any mails.
But this mail is reaching the junk mail of users at times. There is no pattern followed. It doesn’t reach the junk box for all, not every time, not according to the size or time or any such factors. It’s randomly treated as a spam.
We are using Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook.
I think I have explained the problem. Please give me solutions.
