Network Balancing

by pnoykalbo In reply to Load Balancing on One NIC ...

Two NICs, one IP for load balancing and redundancy (no delays). If you're using Windows, you should check on the NIC manufacturer's website to see any of SW to manage both NICS for network balancing. If you're using Linux, setup bonding. There are lot of modes for balancing, I use mostly of my servers with adaptive load balancing mode, some I servers I use the round-robin mode.

What type of networks?

Are they two physically different networks or two Domains?
Is there a Trust Relationship set up?
Can you simply map to the resources you need?
