I am connecting to a remote server running WIN Server 03 Small Bus. I want to print to a local printer here at the office. I have taken the following actions with no success.
1. Local resource box for printer has been checked (the server will recognize my disk drives, but not the printers???)
2. I have connected a printer directly through USB connection to see if it would be recognized, but it was not.
3. I changed the registry so it would recognize a USB connection, but not the printer?
4. I have checked to ensure that port 3389 is open at both ends
5. There are no group policies in effect to prevent remote access.
I can connect and work just fine, I just cannot print locally?? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!! Client is Win xp sp2
