Hello all, here’s a stumper for you all. Here we have an HP PhotoSmart 1100xi printer running off of a Toshiba Equium 7350D (550mhz Pentium III, 128 megs of memory), running Windows 95B.
For no apparent reason, this printer continues to lock up after any real use, no matter what we’re doing. And it’s sporatic. HP has no troubleshooting information available. Any thoughts? We’ve done everything we think possible including switching his computer and tranferring the hard drive over.
