I’m in need of some network software that will allow me to fully configure bandwidth limits on a local winxp client for atleast UDP packets on upload/download streams.
I’m also looking for software that will allow me to generate fake packet loss with UDP packets on upload/download streams on a winxp client.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
