With my volume turned all the way up the audio uot is very low. I use Music match almost exclusively to listen to cd’s and mpeg attachments, but the problem also exists on media player. The problem seems to have ocurred when I installed “Microsoft Plus”. I installed mainly for it’s screen savers but there is an portion that deals with sound quality. I’ve never done anything with these sound settings, I’m tempted to uninstall microsoft plus but don’t want to do it before consulting with you. Thank you very Much; Angell de la Sierra jr
