I recently upgraded to XP and “thought” I had updated all my drivers until I tried to use my fax. Much to my surprise, Lucent (Bell) doesn’t have a website for support of this product. I’ve found one site that offers a “generic” driver, but I’ve encountered errors upon unzipping the file. I need some advise, other than replacing the modem. Any takers? Thanks in advance.
