    Mac OS 9.2 Question

    How do you allocate (or assign) RAM to the Mac OS? I know how to put the memory in under the chooser and control panel, but this Mac has 640MB RAM. The OS is using 79MB. I’d like it to use around 200MB. Thanks for the help!

      The OS will (typically) only use as much ram as is needed….

      Unless you mean setting it up to use a VirtualRam disk, copy lots of the system files there after boot so it works all system functions that way?
