We have put size limites on our employees mail boxes to keep the mailbox size at a resonable limit. We are running Win2003 server/exchange. I have some users that get to the point where they can not send anymore mail and get a message that they have exceeded their mailbox size. They archive or delete and get their mailbox size well below the expected limit and still can not send. How long does it take for it to recognize its with in its size limits. I have even remove restrictions on the users but they still get the send error.?
