I have created a new user mailbox on exchange server. when you login to the exchange system manager and go to admin group, servers, servername, first storage, mailbox store, and then mailboxs it has all the users and it shows total items. The new user has 9 items but when you login to the WS and create the exchange account the inbox is empty and all the other folders are empty.
where and how can i get that mail?
