Mapped Drive............!

I havve aproblem on one of my networked systems, whne trying to mapp a drive I get the follwoing msg: 'NO MORE CONNECTIONS CAN BE MADE TO THIS REMOTE COMPUTER AT THIS TIME THERE ARE ALREADY AS MANY CONNECTIONS AS THE COMPUTER CAN ACCEPT'.

Can someone tell me where to go and look to correct this problem. I am running a WIN2K APP SERVER with 15 to 20 users signing on everyday and this has never happened. This particular machine belongs to my company owner...HELP!

it sounds like the 10 user connection limit has been reached. have a look at these pages

there is a known issued with XP giving this error message. it is fixed in the latest sp so bite bullet and upgrade boss to sp2?
